Brian D. Lantis, Principal Vice President - Field Operations brian@marlanconstruction.com Since co-founding Mar Lan Construction in 1999, Brian has served as project manager and general field superintendent on a variety of projects. His primary duties include project scheduling, quality control, cost control, purchasing, and safety. He is also involved in project development. Brian's construction experience has developed and grown since his childhood as he is the fourth generation of a family involved in construction. His ability to solve problems, coordinate with owners, and work with subcontractors has proved an invaluable asset in completing successful projects. Major projects that Brian has managed include the Wakarusa Crossroads Shopping Centre, Wakarusa Corporate Centre, Central National Bank, Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene, and the University of Kansas Library Annex.
