Gale D. Lantis, Principal General Manager gale@marlanconstruction.com Gale co-founded Mar Lan Construction in June 1999. He has over 30 years of construction and construction contract related experience. As General Manager of the firm, Gale monitors all projects, oversees business administration functions, and coordinates all business development efforts. Gale graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Civil Engineering. He became a Registered Professional Engineer in both Kansas and Missouri. After being honorably discharged as an officer in the US Navy in 1972, he worked five years with the US Army Corps of Engineers in civil, military, and postal construction. After leaving the Corps, he spent the next 22 years working with two construction companies before starting Mar Lan Construction. His experience in every facet of many types of construction projects has provided the solid foundation upon which the company has built its reputation as a commercial general contractor.
