Kevin L. Markley, Principal Vice President - Marketing kevin@marlanconstruction.com Kevin was a co-founder of Mar Lan Construction in 1999. His role as project manager and general field superintendent has led to the successful completion of many of the company's projects. He is involved in marketing and project development as well as project management and supervision. Kevin's background in construction is well founded and includes a wide range of experiences. His ability to schedule projects and coordinate complicated and detailed operations has been the key to the success of his projects. Major projects that Kevin has managed include the Downtown 2000 Parking Garage, Downtown 2000 Mixed Use Building, and the St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center Parking Garage. Kevin is currently the project manager for the Bella Sera at the Preserve condominium project.
