Armstrong Building 4104 W. 6th Street Lawrence, Kansas The owners of this custom-built 5,690 square foot office building wanted to house their travel agency business while leasing out a portion of the building to future tenants. Interior finishes for the travel agency called for open office space, a library/conference room, an area designated for group tours and private office space. The basement houses telephone and data equipment, storage and mechanical. Exterior finishes feature a standing seam metal roof and a brick veneer with a continuous cast stone band around the perimeter of the structure.
