BC&R Storage 1321 N. 3rd Lawrence, Kansas This design-build project was to provide a 66,000 square foot Ceco pre-engineered metal building addition, including architectural, structural and mechanical, electrical & plumbing. This would more than double their current storage capacity. The warehouse has several features including six additional shipping/receiving docks and an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire sprinkler system. Offices included in the building are for managerial, dispatch and a receiving room with a break room for warehouse staff.
