Bob & Dee's Restaurant 175 North Moonlight Rd. Gardner, Kansas 66030 Owners Bob & Dee Houston looked at branching out into the city of Gardner and contacted architect Paul Minto of the Urban Prairie Architectural Collaborative. Located near the Moonlight Commons Shopping Centre, but more importantly, near where the Santa Fe Trail divides and the Oregon Trail emerges, the restaurant draws on it's strong history to provide a "stopping off" place for hungry and thirsty travelers to find comfort and hospitality. The restaurant design includes dining and banquet areas, a bar, a patio and sun porch as well as complete commercial kitchen facilities.
