Colour Master Building 229 South Church Street Olathe, Kansas This business specializes in automotive paint restoration and required a 3,500 square foot pre-engineered Ceco metal building. The Owners included business offices and six service bays. The exterior of the building features 4" split-faced block wainscot and a multi-coat specialty stucco system. Full-vision panels were used in the garage doors to allow for natural lighting required to do the specialty paint detailing while creating an exterior architectural feature. Canvas awnings were brought in to scale down the overall height of the structure.
