Ranjbar Office Building 4828 Quail Crest Place Lawrence, Kansas Design/Build Project Owner: Dr. Dan Ranjbar This 5,000 SF wood frame building is an orthodontist clinic. The facility has seven treatment bays, two consult rooms, X-ray room, a sterilization area, and work areas. The interior finishes at the Reception area include slate flooring, concrete countertops, stone columns, and granite and glass wall tiles. Other custom features include special wall plaster finishes. The unique exterior elements of this building are highlighted by the tapered stone columns and stone veneer laid with Moss rock. The large cupola that extends through the roof with clerestory windows on the front and back accents the tile roof.
