Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene - Topeka 730 Fairlawn Road Topeka, Kansas The Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene project consists of an expansion to the existing facility that involved the construction of a 600-seat worship space with a sloped floor and theater seating. The sanctuary is designed as a worship area as well as a theatre to accommodate performance events. Amenities include theatrical lighting and sound systems, all operated from a control booth, with particular care given to the acoustical treatments. Two 900 square foot classrooms, a restroom, and a large gathering area make up the balance of the project as well as the necessary site work improvements. The structure is a Ceco engineered structure with standing seam roofing. Exterior wall coverings are brick and EIFS.
