University of Kansas Facilities Operations Shop University of Kansas 1735 Westbrooke Drive Lawrence, Kansas This 35,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building frame with pre-cast concrete walls is located in far west campus of the University of Kansas. The building is designed for use by the Facilities and Operations as a shop building. The building also houses the University's recycle program as well as areas for dry storage.
