Moonlight Commons Centre 205 and 305 Moonlight Rd. Gardner, Kansas Project Architect: Dimond Architecture This is the third project Mar Lan Construction has completed for the Bristol Groupe. Located in Gardner, Kansas, this retail center consists of two buildings with a grand total of 30,000 square feet. Both buildings consist of CMU walls with a structural steel framework and standing seam metal roofing. The exterior façade is brick and stucco with cast stone accents and archways. The central archway keystone under the trademark clock tower indicates the year of construction, 2005, along with the Bristol Partners logo. Mar Lan Construction also completed several tenant finishes in the two buildings, including the 5,400 square foot Austin's II Restaurant and the Central National Bank which includes 2,700 square feet of finished space and a drive-up teller window on the south end of the main building.
