Pepperjax Grill Restaurant DT 2000 Mixed Use Building 947 New Hampshire, Ste. 120 Lawrence, Kansas Located at the corner of 9th & New Hampshire in the first floor of the Downtown 2000 Mixed Use Building, Pepperjax Grill is approximately 3,375 square feet of restaurant tenant finish including dining areas with a seating capacity for 94 guests, food lines, a kitchen, offices, and his/her public restrooms. Dividers separating the dining areas from the food ordering/serving lines are custom built. Stained horizontal car siding faces the food service sides while metal panels framed with black painted diamond battens faces the dining area sides. Each divider houses diamond-shaped windows etched with a trademark pepper in the center as well as specialty light fixtures and sconces. Food trays rest on custom made Corian' slides as customers help themselves at the beverage station.
