University of Kansas Chamney Farms West Campus on Bob Billings Parkway Lawrence, Kansas Mar Lan worked with the KU Endowment Association to renovate and make repairs to this 1940's era stone barn, house and ceramics kiln building. Work included replacing all windows, entry doors, fabrication and installation of hinged cedar barn door complete with hardware, providing a new aluminum storefront entrance on the barn, replacement of the hay mow door with a fabricated cedar panel, and replacing the barn roof with a new Galvalume® corrugated metal roof and guttering. New entryways were installed on the kiln building and numerous areas were tuck pointed throughout the project.
