University of Kansas Chancellor's Residence - The Outlook 1532 Lilac Lane Lawrence, Kansas Work on this project included updating the kitchen with new countertops, sink, stove, lighting, and cabinetry. The entryway had the carpet removed so the hardwood floors and formal stairway could be refinished. Additional rooms on the second floor were updated by refinishing the hardwood floors and new light fixtures were installed. The master bath received a new shower, vanity, fixtures, mirrors, floor and wall tile. A guest bath was updated with new light fixtures and vanity hardware.
