This project has three distinct phases which include a new gymnasium, renovation and expansion of the Parish offices, and conversion of the old gym into a performing arts center.
The addition adds a 9,000 square foot gymnasium to the existing school building. The exterior walls are structural insulated precast panels which support the roof structure. Natural daylighting is provided by windows high in the precast walls as well as roof skylights. The new gym floor is a Connor Rezill Panel sports floor with maple flooring. Athletic equipment consists of 6 basketball goals, 2 volleyball nets with a divider screen, scoreboards, climbing ropes, and bleachers. Other features include a new entry lobby, LED lighting, and storage for gym equipment.
